Clean, minimalist and smooth are the words that would describe Bancone. The interior decor is almost scandivian like with the grey,white dark wood tones. The overall scheme of Bancone gives you a feel of real quality and precision. This ethos is followed through emphatically in their food.
A limited but very diverse menu with freshly made in house pasta which is packed full of flavour.
I had Ossobuco ‘mezzaluna’ ravioli with saffron butter which was a surprisingly meaty dish and for dessert an earl gray panna cotta.
