Parissi is the quintessential cool cafe with its multi genre music and authentic tone. Their signature is their array of freshly prepared pastries and lunch options are a delight.
The staff and classy founder, as a collective give a really settling and welcoming ambience as you enter the cafe. The interior really feeds into this. Wall climbers covering both shelves and the ceiling,warm white light arrangement offset with the large glass front and finally decorative aged wood stools and benches that were in an artisan carpenters collection.
I had a flat white with their freshly made custard tart. However their frittatas and an array of freshly prepared salads and pastries will keep you intrigued.
The coffee is great but the homemade pastries are second to none, with almost all dietary choices being covered in their display. If you're ever in brixton a visit to PARISSI is definitely required.
